As the Ashton takes shape on the exterior, our focus will go back to the beginning when all the interior selections were made months before the first shovel hit the ground. Chad Weaver, Kelly Dunn and our interior design specialist Megan Prazer met in the First Impressions Design Studio to hash out the selections for this lovely four bedroom home. Megan put together her thoughts and selections from countless samples from the leading vendors in the industry including Progress Lighting, Moen faucets, Merillat Cabinets, and many many more. According to Megan: “I planned the selection in this home to represent a crisp, clean palette made up of cool grays and whites. This allows for the pop of color and decor to really take this home to the next level.” Along with the individual selections of cabinetry, flooring, countertops etc. Megan chose special selections for the showcase kitchen. “White cabinetry, gray kitchen island, granite countertops in a marbled finish called Super White, Jenn Air Professional Series appliances from Bridgeville Appliance all make this luxury kitchen a food lover’s dream. When it comes to lighting, we spared no expense. The entire house is elegantly lit with selections from our Designer Series lighting package.”
